Denise Austin: Abs & Upper Body Workout

Denise Austin is 57 years old and looks fantastic.
I love this workout video because it's simple, short and I can add my own variation to it which is:


  1. Warm up cardio for 5 mins
  2. Follow video
  3. Cool down cardio for 5 mins
Which completes a upper body, mid-body and cardio workout in about 30mins tops!
